Structural and External Works

• Extensions, loft conversions and garage conversions - extra living space created from the structure you already have
• Building alterations - removal of walls and load-bearing openings, new doorways and windows, structural openings formed and finished
• Renovations - full property renovation, back to brick or partial, bringing older housing stock up to a sound and modern standard
• Windows - replacement glazing in uPVC, aluminium and timber, including french doors, bi-folds and roof lanterns
• Porches - brick, glazed and timber-framed porches and canopies to entrance areas
• Home improvements - general upgrading works of every kind, from small repairs to whole-room changes

Roofline, Joinery and External Fittings

• General joinery - internal doors, frames, skirting, architrave, staircases, banisters, wardrobes, shelving and boxing-in
• Fascia installation - replacement fascia boards in uPVC or timber, fitted with matching corners and end caps
• Soffit installation - ventilated soffits and cladding to roof edges, providing ventilation where required
• Gutter installation - new guttering and downpipes in uPVC or cast-effect, with correct falls to outlets and drainage
• Fencing - close board, panel, post and rail, decorative and security fencing, with gates hung and posts set properly

Internal Finishes and Trades

• Plastering - skim, float and set, bonding, plasterboard and tape-and-joint, rendering and patch repair
• Painting and decorating - internal and external decoration, including preparation, filling, priming and protective coatings
• Flooring - tiling, laminate, engineered and solid timber, vinyl and LVT, with subfloor preparation and levelling
• Tiling - wall and floor tiling to kitchens, bathrooms, utility and hall areas, including under-tile preparation and sealing
• Electrical - rewires, consumer units, sockets, lighting, downlights, external power, extract and support for heating and kitchens
• Plumbing - pipework, water supply, above-ground drainage, sanitaryware installation and wet-room works

Fitted Rooms and Interiors

• Fitted kitchens - removal of the old kitchen, alterations to services, units installed, worktops templated and fitted, appliances and tiling completed
• Fitted bathrooms - bathrooms, shower rooms, en-suites and wet rooms, with waterproofing, tiling, sanitaryware, ventilation and electrical works to suit
• Fitted bedrooms - fitted wardrobes, sliding doors, drawer units, shelving and dressing areas built to the space available
• Home studies - dedicated work areas with power, data, lighting and joinery built in to suit the room

Most projects draw on several of these services together, which is why they are coordinated by one team rather than handed between multiple trades with gaps in between. A kitchen replacement, for example, may involve stripping out the old units, altering services, first and second fix electrics and plumbing, plastering, tiling, flooring, joinery and decoration - doing that as one sequence is what keeps the job moving and the finish consistent.

We work in occupied homes as a matter of routine. Areas are protected, dust and waste are managed, access is kept usable and work is sequenced so the household is disrupted as little as possible while the job still progresses properly. Where an item is outside our own scope, we will say so plainly rather than price something we cannot deliver well.
