Jet Washing - Domestic

• Driveways, patios, paths, steps, thresholds and side passages cleaned and rinsed down
• Block paving, tarmac, resin-bound, imprinted concrete and concrete surface finishes
• Indian sandstone, flag and porcelain patios, cleaned at pressures suited to the material
• Algae, moss, lichen, dirt, tyre marks and organic growth treated at the root rather than simply blasted off
• Block paving joints re-sanded after cleaning where the jointing has been displaced
• Worked methodically in sections, with joints and edges finished by hand where needed

Jet Washing - Commercial

• Car parks, forecourts, service yards, loading areas, walkways and entrance approaches
• Hardstanding cleaned in phases so access is always maintained during trading hours
• Gullies, channels and drainage points cleared as part of the clean rather than left full of debris
• Scheduled repeats - seasonal or annual - with pricing agreed for the programme

Gutter Vacuum - Domestic and Commercial

• Gutters cleared of moss, silt, leaves and debris using telescopic poles operated from ground level
• Valleys, roof-line channels and downpipes cleared and checked for flow
• Camera head used where height, layout or condition warrants close inspection
• No ladders against the building and no working at height on the property
• Fascias, soffits and gutter runs inspected, with leaking joints, failed brackets, loose sections and damaged outlets reported and priced for repair
• Debris removed from site rather than swept onto beds, driveways or the ground below
• Suitable from single houses through to multi-storey commercial buildings

Both services are natural extensions of what we already do. We spend our working days on driveways, drainage and rooflines, which means cleaning comes with a contractor behind it - if a surface has failed, a gully is holding water or a gutter is overflowing because of a fall or a broken joint, we can identify the actual cause and quote the repair rather than cleaning over a fault that will return within months.

The two are available separately or together. Booked together, a single visit at a single price covers the whole exterior: hardstanding treated and rinsed down, joints re-sanded where needed, gutters, valleys and downpipes cleared from ground level,. the roofline inspected with any defects reported and priced.
